This is not your average workout. Dolan’s Board Sports offers a fun yet challenging, high intensity workout for those fitness enthusiasts looking for a break from their regular work out routine. Corey Dolan is a ACA level 2 stand up paddle instructor as well as a level 3 Paddle Fit Coach, trained and instructed by Brody Welte, the creator of the paddle fit program. Focusing on endurance,  strength training, and paddle technic with Land and water components, this total body work out is sure to challenge you.

By changing up routines and exercises, Paddle Fit training will keep your body guessing and you will see amazing transformations in both your body and your mind. If you are tired of your usual work out routine or want to get out of the gym, Paddle fit is exactly what you need to get energized and refreshed! 

 You do not have to be a Paddle board expert to begin PaddleFit, but you do need to know how to paddle to start paddle fit. You will take an assessment so that we know where you are at as it relates to your paddle skills and fitness level in general.Then we will customize your program based on your personal goals. Tell us what motivates you and let us help put you on a path to a healthy lifestyle!

Paddle Fit training is available for private sessions, and regular scheduled group classes. So contact us with any interest or questions you may have we will be happy to help.

If you are interested in paddle fit but have never stand up paddled before no big deal we can do a intro to stand up paddling for you to help you get started, once that is complete you will be ready to take on Paddle Fit.

About Lindsay: 
Fitness is my sanity in life & my goal is to make a positive impact on my students' lives'. I believe, through exercise, we can all achieve healthy minds, bodies and spirts. I've been an athlete all my life, my 12+ year's background in competitve swimming and water polo lead to my career in teaching.
I began teaching swimming lessons and lifegurding over 14 years ago and then 4 years ago i moved out of the pool and into the studio and gym fitness. i had been practicing Vinasa yoga and mat pilates for many years before I started on my teaching journey, 4 years ago.
I Specialize in Ashtanga, Vinyasa, and Power Yoga! I have a passion for challenging my students and helping them to take their practice to the next level!! Core work, inversions, arm balancing, deep bends, and twist are just some of my favorite explorations in practice.
I am a certified SUP Yoga instructor through Yoga Alliance™, a Gold PiYo™ (Pilates/yoga blend) Instructor through Beach Body™, and as a TRX™ (suspension training) Instructor through Fitness Anywhere™.
I also instruct Kids Yoga for the issaquah School District and Village Green Yoga (in Issaquah)!!
